The Importance of Being Challenged as a Developer
Being experienced and disciplined as a developers helps us to know 'what' it is which we need to do, and gives us insight as to how we might go about solving a problem. It is only when we find ourselves in unfamiliar territory, under threat of tight deadlines that we really start to shine, by rapidly adapting and learning that which is needed.
