Axis2/C, Handling large attachment with Apache2

Recently we run into a quite strange problem. While we are trying to send large attachment (around 40MB) with MTOM in Axis2/C, mod_axis2 seems to give some problems. There were several occasions test machine got frozen also. Manjula [link] is the one who look into this problem, and he discovered that problem occurred because of some misbehavior .
