A bugfix update has been released for NetBeans known as the netBeans 6.0.1. It resolves a few bugs in the netBeans 6 final released about 3 months back. The entire list of fixes can be found here. The latest of GlassFish v2 UR1 is also part of netBeans 6.0.1
