WSF/PHP from the scratch.

In this post I'm explaining steps to install WSF/PHPon Debian based systems. (Yes , it might help for Ubuntu users too). Today for the first time I installed WSF/PHP on my Debian (sid) operating system. On the way I came across some problems. I thought to write them in this post because it will help you to avoid them.
